• Prenatal Visit: One or two in-depth sessions to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, and prepare a personalized birth plan.
• 24/7 On-Call Support: From 37 weeks until delivery
• Continuous Labor Support: Physical comfort measures, emotional encouragement, and advocacy during labor and birth.
• Partner Support: Guidance for your partner to feel confident and involved throughout the process.
• Postpartum Visits: One or two follow-up visit to review your birth experience, provide resources, and support your transition into parenthood.

Postpartum Support Package - $400

• 12 hours of In-Home support (3 or 4 visits): Emotional support, newborn care guidance, and help with feeding.
• Physical Recovery Support: Tips for healing, comfort measures, and self-care.
• Household Assistance: Light meal prep and tidying to ease your transition.

Overnight Shift - $300

• Ten Hours of support: So you can sleep through the night.

Add on additional time $30 per hour
